COMMON RAIL FUEL INJECTION

Common Rail Fuel Injection Systems

Today’s Common Rail injectors can perform multiple injections during a single combustion cycle and inject fuel into the engine at much higher pressures – up to 30,000 psi – through clearances as small as 1 micron. While this brings significant benefits like lower emissions, improved fuel economy and better drivability, it also means they are much more susceptible to wear and tear.

Here at Thompson Valley Diesel Injection, we specialize in testing, servicing and repairing common rail injector systems. Give us a call today!
